Assim como ocorre em salários, incidem sobre o pró-labore algumas cobranças, por exemplo, o Imposto de Renda e as contribuições ao INSS. Elas oferecem acesso a benefícios previdenciários, como aposentadoria, auxílio-doença e salário maternidade.
Portanto, todas as pessoas que recebem esses vencimentos — sócios-administradores, sócios que desempenham funções técnicas e empresas com sócios remunerados — sofrem o desconto de INSS.
A regra para a cobrança é a mesma aplicada a contribuintes individuais. A alíquota é definida por tabelas que se ajustam ao enquadramento fiscal da empresa e às determinações do INSS para cada ano.
O que mudou na cobrança de INSS no pró-labore em 2025?
A cobrança do INSS sobre o pró-labore costuma passar por atualizações regulares para se ajustar à situação econômica dos contribuintes. Em 2025, ela se refletiu na ampliação do modelo simplificado do eSocial, tornando o recolhimento previdenciário mais fácil, integrado e automatizado.
Ainda, ocorreu a atualização das tabelas de cobrança para acompanhar o reajuste no salário mínimo, que foi de R$ 1.412 para R$ 1.518 — um aumento de 7,5%. Vale destacar que a alíquota de INSS sobre o pró-labore é de 11%.
A exceção é o regime Simples Nacional, cuja cobrança é estabelecida por faixas de renda. Em 2025, ela ficou assim:

- de R$ 1.518 a R$ 2.793,88: 9%;
- de R$ 2.793,89 a R$ 4.190,83: 12%;
- de R$ 4.190,84 a R$ 8.157,41: 14%.
